Introduction

Welcome to your Resiliency Assessment.

This scorecard provides a set of assessments that will allow communities to understand how resilient they are to natural disasters. It is based on the Ten Essentials for Making Cities Resilient

  • Essentials 1-3 cover governance and financial issues.
  • Essentials 4-8 cover the many dimensions of planning and disaster preparation.
  • Essentials 9-10 cover the disaster response itself and post-event recovery.

While Essentials 1-3 should be completed first, the remaining essentials are not intended to be completed in any particular order.

Upon completion of your scorecard, you may export a report.
