To complete your plan you will step through six sections. These sections are:

Planning Process: In this section you will define the purpose, membership and intent of this plan.
Planning Area Profile: In this section you will describe the physical characteristics of the planning area.
Capability Assessment: In this section you will describe the capabilities of your planning area.
Risk Assessment: In this section you will assess the exposure to risk for the selected hazards.
Mitigation: In this section you will define steps to mitigate against risk in your planning area.
Plan Maintenance: In this section you will describe steps to be taking to keep up with changes to your plan.
